levelling board
The levelling boards are made of fire-coated sheet steel. This construction type is especially suitable for being mounted in water and outdoor without any additional protection, since a good protection against corrosion is given for many years. Due to the fire-coating the surface is very smooth; so dirt does not adhese. Furthermore the colours and the surface are resistant against the influence of sun and weather. Inclined and edged level meters as well as special scalings can be manufactured against surcharge.
To quote a price we need the following information:
- perpendicular, inclined or edged level meters
- in case of inclined or edged level meters: slope angle
- flat or edged construction type
- total length of the level meter or, if necessary, length of the sections (we recommend a section length of 1 m, max. length of sections 1.50 m)
- width of level meter
- figuring of decimeters (e.g. 00 to 09 from bottom to top)
- colour of ground and scaling/figuring (e.g. yellow/black or white/black)
- scaling: division scale, e.g. according to. pict. 1 or 2 on data sheet or E-spacing, e.g. 1 cm-E-spacing according to pict. 3 on data sheet (p.r.t. the data sheet of the levelling board)
- number, location, type and diameter of mounting holes (e.g. one round hole with a diameter of 8 mm in each corner at section length 1 m
